Opponent Martin Fayulu, who claims victory in the presidential election in the Democratic Republic of Congo, denounced Tuesday the ubiquity of former President Joseph Kabila in the coalition government announced Tuesday, seven months after the inauguration of Felix Tshisekedi.

"It's Kabila that has more than 65% (ministries) in this government, and even those who call themselves Cach (Cape for Change, President Tshisekedi's coalition) will not be able to do anything because they have been put duplicates, "he lamented to the press.

"It is Kabila that continues, it is an affront to the Congolese people (...) So we must fight again to chase Kabila, but Kabila will leave and I tell you," he said. the outcome of a convention of its political group, "Dynamique de l'opposition".

Mr Fayulu claims victory in the presidential election on December 30 and accuses MM. Kabila and Tshisekedi have "fabricated" results at his expense with the complicity of the Electoral Commission and the Constitutional Court.

The Prime Minister on Monday presented a coalition government Tshisekedi-Kabila. The majority of the 66 ministries return to supporters of Joseph Kabila (Justice, Defense, Finance, Mines). Some ministries are duplicated (Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation).

Fayulu's supporters called for popular protests, such as in Sudan and Algeria, to "rehabilitate the choice of the people who voted more than 62 percent, President-elect Martin Fayulu."

The United States and the powerful Catholic Church have welcomed the advent of this government.
