It has sent thousands of people e-mails and anonymous emails peddling false information about a Polish judge, criticizing the current power.
The defamatory campaign was validated by the Deputy Minister, who even gave Emilia confidential information and the address of several recipients of letters.

Paulina Kieszkowska-Knapik is a lawyer in Warsaw. She participates in the "Free Courts" initiative: " This is the first time that a member of the ministry is involved in criminal activities of defamation, dissemination of personal data and sending this data to unauthorized persons .
