The electronic music composer Fred Rister, the origin of planetary tubes like "I gotta feeling" by Black eyed peas and shadow composer DJ David Guetta, died at the age of 58, did he? we learned Tuesday from concordant sources.

Producer and composer originally from Dunkirk (North), he has collaborated with David Guetta since the 2000s and co-wrote several great hits, winning in 2010 a Grammy Award for the title "When love takes over".

He had suffered from several cancers and stopped his treatments in 2017.

"It was for his friends a sun, for others a good guy, a person we could count on, a man who makes us dance," wrote Tuesday night relatives on his Facebook page. The communication of the publishing house Séguier of his book "Make people dance" confirmed his death.
