The president of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, has completed her Government tonight by appointing her number two , the former mayor of Alcorcón David Pérez, new Minister of Housing and Local Administration, and Paloma Martín new Minister of Environment, Land Management and Sustainability Enrique Ruiz Escudero will continue as a Health adviser and will be the only member of the former Executive who remains in the position.

David Pérez has a degree in Journalism and a regional deputy since 2012. The scourge of the opposition in the Assembly when the president was Esperanza Aguirre, has also been during two legislatures mayor of Alcorcón, in whose plenary session of the City Council was failed until six times.

Ruiz Escudero has been a regional deputy since 2007 and before occupying the Health portfolio he was Deputy Minister of the Presidency and Justice under Angel Garrido.
