17 August 20191.37 Peter Fonda died at the age of 79. Twice nominated for an Oscar, Peter Fonda is the legendary interpreter of 'Easy Rider', the film that marked a generation he produced in 1969. Fonda, who died in his home in Los Angeles, was the son of Henry Fonda, brother of Jane Fonda and father of actress Bridget Fonda. He received a Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Drama and an Oscar nomination for Best Actor for the film L'oro di Ulisse (1997).
