  • USA: What will happen now with the Epstein case?

Did Trump kill him or did the Clintons kill him? It may sound outrageous, but those are two of the most popular hypotheses about the suicide of financier Jeffrey Esptein, accused of running a network of pedophilia among whose clients would be Prince Andrew of England, the former governor of New Mexico, former secretary of Energy and sent to North Korea with Bill Clinton, Bill Richardson, Law Star Alan Dershowitz, and the father of Artificial Intelligence Marvin Minsky, and one or more foreign heads of Government whose identity - or that of their countries - is unknown. .

If all that sounds crazy, here is another one, launched by the followers of Donald Trump who are concentrated under the hashtag #QAnon, for whom the president of the United States is fighting with the help of Vladimir Putin a worldwide network of child trafficking directed by the Jewish financier and philanthropist George Soros , and that Angela Merkel is Adolf Hitler's granddaughter: Epstein is alive.

All these conspiracy theories are due to three factors: the polarization of US political life, the proliferation of lies on the Internet and social networks - whose companies have not been responsible for the contents that are poured into them since 1996 - and the strange ones Circumstances of Epstein's death , just one day after Justice authorized the release of 2,000 pages of documents about his case. These are documents that mostly refer to previous accusations, which culminated in a ridiculously low sentence for Epstein in 2007, and that had been closed when the plaintiffs, above all. Virginia Giuffre, a woman who worked as a masseuse at the Donald Trump country club, Mar-a-Lago , in Florida, and who was 'recruited' to work as a prostitute for Epstein when she was 16, is the main source of these accusations.

But first the death of Epstein. That is the Gordian knot of the matter. The financier appeared dead, with wounds in his neck, on Saturday morning in the cell he occupied at the New York Correctional Center . Despite that name, the New York Correctional Center is no jail for misdemeanors. There have been suspected terrorists, gangsters, and even Bernie Madoff, the most famous scammer in history, who complained that the Islamic fundamentalists who were in the neighboring cells would not let him sleep with their constant calls to prayer.

The fact that Epstein was able to commit suicide in that center is striking. Even more if you consider that he was an important prisoner, and that those accused of such crimes are more likely to take their own lives . The hedge fund manager and friend of the Hollywood headquarters, Wall Street, and much of Congress and the White House - at least, of presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton - also had two reasons to be subjected to special surveillance: he was accused of sexual abuse of minors, which made him a likely target of other inmates, given that in prisons such crimes do not usually give any prestige; and, most seriously , he had already tried to take his own life on June 23, 17 days after his arrest.

Surveillance every 15 minutes

After that attempt, Epstein was put on surveillance. That means that every quarter of an hour an official went through his cell to see how he was , and that all kinds of material that could be used to commit suicide - for example, sheets or clothes that could be transformed into ropes to hang himself - were withdrawn But, a few days ago, the detainee was returned to a normal regime . With one exception: Epstein did not have a cellmate again, as had been the case until July 23, but remained alone.

That decision has unleashed all the online conspiracies, although there is no evidence to prove any of them. But there has been Donald Trump, retweeting on Saturday a message from the Twitter social network in which Hillary and Bill Clinton are accused of organizing the murder of the financier. The tweet forwarded by the head of the State and the US Government affirms - falsely - that Epstein was under special surveillance for suicide risk .

Consequence: the Clintons killed her so that her bond and that of the "globalists" in all kinds of activities of sexual abuse of minors that sometimes include human sacrifices are not discovered .

In fact, there is already up to the hashtag #Clintonbodycount, something like #clintonvecaddevents_ofClinton.

Of course, the same argument applies to the Democratic opposition, only the other way around. Until in 2005 he began to have presidential ambitions, Trump was friends with Epstein, and even participated in his parties. In fact, Epstein claimed that he had been the one who had introduced the president to his third wife, Melania.

In addition, the New York Correctional Center is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Justice, that is, the federal government, whose head is Donald Trump. And the Department of Justice is headed by Bill Barr, who modified the conclusions of the report of the special prosecutor of the 'Russian plot', Robert Mueller , to make them favorable to Trump. Barr's father gave Epstein the first job, decades ago, in an ultra-exclusive private school in the Upper West Side of Manhattan, and Barr himself worked for one of the law firms that defended Epstein in his process for pedophilia and prostitution in 2007 .

Consequence: Trump was killed by Epstein so he wouldn't uncover his orgies with him. The hashtag? #Trumpsbodycount.

And on the sidelines is QAnon, made up of the toughest trump wing, which states that, plain and simple, Epstein is alive . It is not known very well why he is alive. But we must bear in mind that many followers of that theory say that Senator John McCain did not die of cancer in August, but was secretly executed, and that John F. Kennedy, grandson of the president of the same name, has been living for 20 years hidden, but will come back at some point to help Trump fight the "world" pedophiles who dominate the world.

With all that confusion ceremony, people seem to be forgetting the legal case. Epstein's death, for the time being, eliminates the possibility of criminal proceedings (a dead person cannot be put in jail), but not civil. This implies that now the fight in the courts will focus on obtaining the greatest possible compensation for the victims of its network of child trafficking. But that, again, raises more questions. Fundamentally: how much money did Epstein have? Because, although he lived an existence of a billionaire, in recent weeks contradictory information has begun to emerge that suggests that his fortune is actually much lower than previously thought, and that, perhaps, we could face the case of a new Bernie Madoff , that is, of a scammer who maintained a series of fictitious funds to maintain his life train.

Two more questions: what will happen to Ghislaine Maxwell, the daughter of the late British billionaire (and former Israeli Mossad agent) Robert Maxwell, who was apparently Epstein's 'right hand'? Because in their case they are accumulating testimonies that could be the basis for an imputation . And, above all, are there the alleged videos in which Epstein basically recorded all the rich and famous people in the world having sex with prostitutes - many of them minor ones - that he had supplied them?

Many questions and many conspiracy theories for a case in which reality exceeds, and by far, fiction.
