“In all cases when Petro Poroshenko crossed the state border, he did this in full accordance with the law. This also applies to the departure to the Maldives at the beginning of 2018, ”- stated in a statement published on the party’s website.
Earlier, the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine opened a criminal proceeding regarding the possible organization of Poroshenko illegal transfer of persons across the state border during his trip to the Maldives on vacation in 2018.
Last year, Ukrainian media reported that Poroshenko and his family members could go on vacation to the Maldives under false names.
