"Two long-range anti-submarine aircraft of the Pacific Fleet’s naval aviation (Pacific Fleet) completed a planned flight in airspace over the neutral waters of the Pacific Ocean along the northern coast of the Aleutian Islands and the western coast of Alaska and Canada," the TASS Eastern Military District quotes the report.

The aircraft were accompanied by two fighter-interceptors MiG-31BM naval aviation, they were lifted from the airfield Yelizovo (Kamchatka Territory).

In March, two Tu-160 Russian airborne bombers made a scheduled flight over the Barents, Norwegian and North Seas.
