According to RIA Novosti, a resident of the Belorechensky district chained his son to a wooden leg of a shelving in a barn and went with his wife and four-year-old son to Krasnodar.
The child was able to free himself from the shackles, came to the store near the house and told about what had happened. They went to the police.
The boy is in a social rehabilitation center for minors.
It is noted that the parents of the child are divorced; in 2016, by a court decision, the place of residence of the boy with his father was determined.
Earlier, the investigative committee had opened a criminal case under the article “Unlawful deprivation of liberty against a knowingly minor”.
