“I hope that the upcoming court hearing in Kiev on July 19 will lead to the release of journalist Kirill Vyshinsky in Ukraine. His prolonged pretrial detention is a serious concern. At this crucial moment, I again call for his release, ”Desir wrote on his Twitter.

Earlier, the Podolsky district court of Kiev postponed the meeting in the Vyshinsky case to July 19.

The Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, Tatyana Moskalkova, asked the court to consider the possibility of releasing Vyshinsky on a written undertaking not to leave the place.
