At the same time, in the materials of the department it is indicated that in the course of forming the revenue part of the budget of the Pension Fund of Russia, the preservation for the entire period of the “moratorium” on the direction of insurance contributions to finance the funded pension was taken into account.
In December 2018, Russian President Vladimir Putin extended the law on freezing the funded part of the pension until 2021.
In Russia, from 2014, contributions to the funded part of the pension system in the amount of 6% of salary are sent to the insurance part and, thus, are paid to retirees.
