Lutsenko announced the impossibility of transferring Vyshinsky to Russia

Lutsenko’s statement on her Facebook was published by the press secretary of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Larisa Sargan.

He believes that it is necessary "to bear in mind that Mr. Vyshinsky is formally a citizen of Ukraine."

“Its transfer to Russia is impossible. At least until such time as the Ukrainian court decides on his case: whether he is guilty or not, ”said Lutsenko.

Earlier, the Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, Tatyana Moskalkova, reported that judges considering the Vyshinsky case received threats from officials in Kiev.
