“We need to make a powerful Russian-language channel that would be international, it would broadcast to the territory of the Crimea, to the territory of Donetsk and Lugansk, to the territory of the USA, Europe and Israel,” RIA Novosti quotes him.
He pointed out that the channel should, in particular, refute the assertion that the residents of territories outside the control of Kiev “want to take away the Russian language”.
In March 2018, the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine told about the start of broadcasting of the Ukrainian channel UA | TV to the Crimea and Donbass.
