Tens of thousands of people in the streets of Caracas, the capital of Venezuela. A massive demonstration at the call of the self-proclaimed interim president, Juan Guaido who continues his tussle with the power of Nicolas Maduro. Juan Guaido announced that several tons of humanitarian aid would enter the Venezuelan soil on 23 February.

On the sidelines of the mobilization of his supporters in Caracas, Juan Guaido announced that humanitarian aid will enter the country on February 23, without giving details. Why February 23? Where will this cargo go from? Columbia ? From Brazil ? We still do not know it. And above all, what will be the reaction of the authorities? The army, which currently blocks this humanitarian aid at the request of President Nicolas Maduro, will she let one or more convoys without violence. No answers to these questions for now. And no government reaction.

But with this precise date of February 23, Juan Guaido strikes hard again. It keeps the pressure on the power in place, which will have to react. And that was the purpose of today's mobilization. Always the same strategy: to highlight the economic crisis, food, health that affects the country. To demand that Venezuelan power give way, let humanitarian aid enter to relieve the population. Because this crisis is read on the placards of the demonstrators. " I'm hungry ! I need a real health system ... I can not stand inflation anymore. " It is above all an economic and social slogan that pays off, especially among students.
