“Today I will instruct Naftogaz of Ukraine, together with the Ministry of Finance, to start a working discussion with the IMF in order to resolve this issue and prevent any increase (price) of gas, based on the proposal of Naftogaz,” Groysman said.

Earlier, the head of Naftogaz, Andrei Kobolev, blamed Moscow, Berlin, and part of the Ukrainian political elite that Kiev could remain without transit of Russian gas.

The head of the Energy Development Fund, Sergey Pikin, in an interview with FAN, commented on the statement of the head of Naftogaz.
