Sunday night in downtown Toronto, Canada. The streets where greek restaurants and cafes are packed with shots.

Witnesses say a man in his late 20s wearing a black hat and clothes shot a pistol all at once into the dining room.

[Witness: Several shots fired. (How many feet did you hear?) I heard at least 20 feet.]

An 18-year-old woman and a 10-year-old girl were shot dead and 13 were injured.

The suspect, who escaped from a gunfight with the police after the crime, was found dead soon after the scene.

Police have searched the residence of the suspect, but have not yet found clear motive for the crime.

There is talk that the sentiment of the suspect is uneasy, but the police do not exclude possibility of terrorism.

[Mark Saunders / Toronto Police Chief: The investigation itself is smooth. I do not want to tell you based on speculation since it is still early in the investigation.]

In Toronto, 10 people were killed in a car rush near Korea Town last April.
