The weather will be cloudy and rainy from the North-East to the Massif Central and the Northern Alps. The rain-snow limit will be around 500 to 600 m in the morning, then around 1000 m on the afternoon. We expect a beautiful layer of fresh snow on the relief of the East and Savoy, up to 50 cm locally.

However, be careful at high altitude, the wind will blow strongly with gusts of western sector at 80 km / h, and more than 100 km / h on the alpine peaks. The wind will also be strong enough around the Gulf of Lion and on the Var coast, the weather will be dry under a cloudy sky. On the rest of the country the westerly wind will be moderate, the sky very cloudy or overcast. Thunderstorms and rains will be rare, except for showers in the Basque Country and a few drops from north to southwest.
