The Paris Commercial Court on Friday rejected Bernard Tapie's bailout plan, on which depends the repayment of the hundreds of millions of euros granted in 2008 in an arbitration that earned him a criminal trial in March in Paris.

Consequently, the court converted this procedure into a judicial reorganization of the companies GBT (Bernard Tapie Group) - majority shareholder of La Provence - and FIBT (Financière Immobilière Bernard Tapie), which holds in particular the hotel de Cavoye, the Parisian residence of the spouses Tapie.
