It is reported by UNIAN with reference to the macroeconomic forecast for January 2019, compiled by the agency.
It is noted that the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine estimates the total amount of payments on the state debt in 2019 at 417 billion hryvnia ($ 14.2 billion).
Earlier, Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman called the amount of public debt for the country's budget disastrous.
Vasily Koltashov, head of the Center for Political Economics Studies at the Institute of New Society, commented on the situation with the state debt of Ukraine in an interview with the publication PolitEkspert.
