"According to weather forecasters of Roshydromet, in the next 1-3 hours, fog will be expected in Moscow at night and in the morning of December 17 in Moscow with a visibility of 200-700 meters, icy roads on the roads," the Emergencies Ministry reported.
On the eve of the rescue department also warned of fog and sleet in Moscow.
Previously, weather forecasters reported a sharp drop in temperature in the city.
