WASHINGTON (Reuters) - US President Donald Trump has been busy with his usual weekend activities, spending his time at his Florida golf club on Saturday, away from Washington, where reports of the extradition of special investigator Robert Mueller on the issue of Russian intervention in the US presidential election were reported.

There was no immediate comment from Trump on the end of the Muller investigation, which he described as a "witch hunt," but he assured reporters when he left the White House for Florida on Friday that there was no collusion between his campaign and Russia in the 2016 presidential election.

US Attorney General William Barr is currently reviewing the final report received from investigator Mueller, CNN quoted sources as saying that the minister may authorize the publication of the main conclusions of the report in the coming days.

The Justice Ministry announced on Friday that Mueller had submitted his report to Minister Barr, who has the decision to publish some parts of the report.

Look out for Washington and calm in Florida
Many Americans are eager to reveal details of Muller's report, which has been investigating the case since 2017 to see if the Trump campaign had colluded with Moscow to influence the election, and whether the president later tried to block the investigation.

He did not make special arrangements after handing over the Mueller report, did not hold any private meetings or wrote strong Twitter tweets as usual, but went to his Florida resort where he spent time with his wife and son under the golden sun.

Many of Trump's aides also traveled to Florida for the weekend, and the investigation - in their eyes and the president's opinion - has ended without finding sufficient evidence to indict the president or his close associates.

The Washington Post reported that the president was heading to the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida.
