According to local police, shortly after the plane landed, all passengers left the aircraft. It is noted that this happened at approximately 5:15 pm local time (2:15 pm Moscow time).
The airline confirmed the information about the hijacking of the aircraft.
“The plane was hijacked. I cannot provide any additional details at the moment, ”said the representative of the airline.
The police added that the armed suspect demands that he be given to speak with the Prime Minister of Bangladesh.
