The Abu Dhabi Court of First Instance acquitted two contractors of the crime of forging a subcontracting contract for another company. The court confirmed that there was insufficient evidence to convict them.

The court decided to assign an expert in the management of forensic evidence to compare and match the signature and stamp of the contract with the contract, and the signature of the author and the authorized signatory on behalf of the company.

The court stated, in the judgment, after the case was seized, and took note of the circumstances and evidence of the charges against the accused, including suspicion and mistrust of their validity, in order to keep those accused of denying the court what was assigned to them.

She pointed out that the documents of the lawsuit were absent, which indicates that the defendants were the forgery and use of the alleged counterfeiting lawyer, the contract of subcontracting, and that the submission to the Ministry of Labor is a copy of a contract in which the first defendant admits that he is the one who sent it, By signing and stamping the company, and that after referring the contract alleged falsification to the forensic evidence, the contract could not be examined as a photographic image, so he was unable to fall on the linear properties, and characteristics of the written movement of the writer, which is the cornerstone of the process of matching necessary.
