“Zinichev flew by regular flight to St. Petersburg,” the message says.

As noted, the minister will take part in the work of the headquarters together with the acting governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov.

Earlier in the building of the university collapsed floors. As a result of the incident, no one died. The investigative committee opened a criminal case.
