“On Wednesday, the parliament approved a new law prohibiting disposable plastic products, such as plates, cutlery, straws and cotton swabs,” the press release said on the EP website
It is noted that this is a ban on the sale of such products on the EU market by 2021.
Earlier it was reported that in Russia an environmental fee for disposable dishes could be introduced.
