Earlier, the Tverskoy Court of Moscow found Pushkarev guilty of corruption crimes.
Pushkarev was the mayor of Vladivostok for eight years. According to investigators, he helped companies win municipal tenders for road construction for taking bribes in the amount of 75 million rubles.
