It is noted that this period is given to the defense in order to provide evidence of the groundlessness of Kuznetsov’s arrest.
It is also noted that on December 15, the detainee was charged. Kuznetsov did not admit guilt.
Earlier, the deputy governor of the Pskov region was prosecuted for taking a bribe on a large scale.
