An anesthetist doctor, suspected of having euthanized an octogenarian patient at the Lavaur hospital in the Tarn, was indicted Friday for "murder" and placed under judicial control, said the prosecutor of Toulouse, in charge of the 'case.
The nurse who injected the lethal dose, under the authority of the anesthetist, was "placed under the status of assisted witness" and therefore was not indicted, said the prosecutor.
