Emmanuel Macron and Édouard Philippe see their popularity rating slightly improve in October, with 29% and 32% respectively "satisfied", an increase of one point compared to September, according to an opinion poll published this Sunday, October 21st.

After reaching its lowest level of popularity since the beginning of the five-year period last month, the executive couple is experiencing a slight rebound. According to an OpinionWay poll for LCI published this Sunday, Emmanuel Macron and Édouard Philippe have their popularity rating slightly improve in October, with respectively 29% and 32% "satisfied" . They are up one point from September.

Rugy and Darmanin bad students

According to the survey conducted just after the government reshuffle, 68% are dissatisfied with the action of the Head of State (70% in September) and 65% of that of the Prime Minister (66% in September). According to this same study, the Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian is the only member of the government to be greeted more than criticized, with 49% of "satisfied" (+2) against 45% of "dissatisfied" . The Minister of Ecological Transition François de Rugy and that of the Action and Public Accounts Gérald Darmanin figure are the two most criticized, with 31% of "satisfied" only.

Finally, the president of the Hauts-de-France Region Xavier Bertrand is the "leader" gathering the most "satisfied" (34%, +2) in the rest of the political class.

Survey conducted online, from October 17 to 18, September, with a sample of 1,063 people representative of the French population aged 18 and over, according to the quota method. With a margin of error of 1.5 to 3 points.
