The Dubai Criminal Court has sentenced an Asian worker to two years in prison for causing the death of a colleague in a heart attack during a quarrel between them, as a result of previous disagreements while they were living together in a working-room of the company they work in.
According to investigations by the Public Prosecutor's Office, the workers were arguing about the problem unless the defendant disclosed it. The defendant then pushed his colleague in the chest. He fell to the ground and struggled to breathe. The ambulance was called and the police were informed of the incident. The victim was unconscious , And the medics tried to save him in all ways, but he breathed his last breath from his injury a few hours after the incident.
Musharraf told the workers in the apartment that his colleagues at work told him that the problem between the two workers, he went to the workers' room, and saw the police and worker victim fell on the ground, while one of the workers who saw the incident that the workers clashed hands only, Earth.
According to a medical report, the victim suffered a sudden heart attack due to the quarrel, and the Dubai Public Prosecution charged the accused with a felony that resulted in death. For his part, denied the accused in front of the Criminal Court assault on his colleague, and confirmed that it was just a verbal quarrel, and sentenced the court to convict, and two years, and then deportation.
