Putin signed the law on the transfer of the Volgograd region in a different time zone

The law should come into force on October 28, 2018 at 2:00.

In March, a referendum on the transfer of time was held in the Volgograd region.

Currently, there is no time difference between Moscow and Volgograd, while the north and south Saratov and Astrakhan regions live in MSK + 1 time.
