Poroshenko accused Russia of trying to "occupy" the Azov Sea

He said this during a speech at the UN General Assembly in New York.

"Rough actions (Russia - RT ) should be rejected as illegal ... They require a stiff answer, including sanctions and other measures," Poroshenko said.

Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin said that Kiev has a plan for the Azov Sea.
