According to the agency, the senators, who represent the party “Law and Justice”, voted for the adoption of the amendments.
Most of the deputies from the opposition voted against.
Earlier, the European Court of Justice decided that the Polish authorities should suspend the laws, which provide for the reduction of the retirement age for judges of the Supreme Court.
