This Friday evening, a sofa fire occurred in a house in Saint-Laurent-de-la-Mer, Plérin (Côtes-d'Armor). A 77-year-old man, who inhaled smoke, died.
This Friday at 6:45 pm, the firefighters were called for a fire in the rue des Longueraies, in Saint-Laurent, Plérin. They quickly extinguished the fire, which had taken in a sofa in the living room of the house.
The fire cleared a lot of smoke. The only occupant of the house, a 77-year-old man in his room was in cardiac arrest when the firefighters arrived. Despite the care provided by the rescuers the man died.
