South Korean researchers who participated in the joint investigation of the North railway section will return today (5th) after completing the inter-Korean joint research on the Gyeongui line section.

In the past six days, 28 members of our investigation team, who visited North Korea on March 30, checked the condition of Kyung Eui Line by moving along the area of about 400 km from Kaesong to Shinuiju as an inter-Korean railway vehicle.

The trains used to investigate the Gyeongui line do not return to the South, but go to Pyongtaek from Pyongyang through Wonsan, Gangwon-do, and then into Anseon.
