Four cases of rape, including three on a minor, and an attempted murder will be judged, from Monday, November 5, by the Assize Court of Morbihan, in Vannes, under the presidency of Claire Le Bonnois. These cases concern in particular the communes of Plouay, Lanester, Gérardmer, or Erdeven.

The Assize Court of Morbihan will meet Monday, November 5 for three weeks. Five heavy cases will be judged under the presidency of Claire Le Bonnois.

The first three days will be devoted to a case of habitual violence and an attempted concubine rape in Plouay. The second case will look at an attempted murder in 2011 in Lanester. A man, placed under judicial control since August 2012, will have to answer for blows on a man, whose vital prognosis was then engaged.

The other three cases concern rapes against minors under 15 years of age.
