The Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development is launching new programs by the beginning of 2019.

During the previous session, the participants of the program were subjected to a comprehensive evaluation and capacity and competency testing, as well as a personal interview. Twenty-seven applicants, who had been involved in smart training programs since the beginning of the year, were selected to create a unique learning experience for the participants.

An executive guide was also given to each participant during the training period, in order to follow up the personal development plan of the program participants and support them in their leadership development.

This course consisted of 19 activities divided into three main courses, four physical courses, three mentoring courses, and nine executive sessions.
