"The Commission of the Ministry of Justice at its meeting satisfied the complaint of the Kremenets-Pochayevsky State Historical and Architectural Reserve, which asked to cancel the decision on state registration of the right to use the complex of buildings of the Holy Assumption Pochayev Monastery for the religious organization Pochaev Holy Assumption Monastery," the Sukmanov Press service departments.
It is noted that the corresponding order was signed on November 23.
According to Sukmanova, the registrar carried out state registration of the right to use with violations of the requirements of current legislation, in connection with which this decision was canceled.
Earlier it was reported that in Ukraine opened the case because of the transfer of the UOC-MP of the Pochaev Lavra.
