A German investigative team known as the German Armes team and a long-standing German media organization have been investigating the use of German weapons by the Saudi-Saudi alliance in the Yemen war.

Investigations were carried out by the Dutch independent Lighthouse Reports, the Bellingkat investigation network, three German media partners, the Stern magazine and the Munich TV program on the German first channel ERD.

The team analyzed videos and satellite images that geographically identified the location of a number of German-made armament systems in Yemen.

The investigation team has carefully identified locations for many UAE military vehicles in Aden and near the nectar.

The vehicles were equipped with Voyaz weapons platforms produced by the German defense company Dynamite Noble Defense (DND).

In a video from October, the team identified a French-made Leclerc tank with an additional Clara shield that was also produced by the German company itself.

The German investigation team also identified the location of the German Frankensthal minesweeper carrying the UAE flag at the Yemeni port of Mukha and the Eritrean nerve center.

The team uncovered new evidence that appears to support the assumption that the Saudi Air Force is deploying Eurofighter and Tornado fighter jets, as well as Airbus A330 MRTT aircraft, which supply aircraft in the Yemen war, all of which contain basic components Origin Germany.

It is noteworthy that the German government had confirmed last week that it will not hand over any weapons to Saudi Arabia "at the moment" and that it will take its future decisions in this regard based on developments in the conflict in Yemen.

It also said in November it would reject any licenses for future arms exports to Saudi Arabia over the killing of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

It has not officially banned agreements it has already approved, but has urged the defense industry to refrain from exporting arms to the Saudi-UAE alliance.
