11-year-old Daria from Yaroslavl was left without an eye due to cancer. The local bureau of medical and social expertise cannot recognize it as a disabled person: ailment is in remission, and the absence of a paired body is not properly justified. The girl is approaching adolescence, which carries with it high risks of recurrence of the disease. In this regard, the child’s family disputes the results of the medical and social expertise and appealed to the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation.
