"Taking into account the reduced daylight hours, as well as the continued road icing, the State Traffic Inspectorate appeals to bicycle lovers with a request not to rush to go to the roads and streets of the capital," the traffic police office said.
It is noted that with the onset of spring, two cases of vehicle raids on cyclists have already been registered, one of which is a minor child.
