“On January 10, 2019, during the execution of land works in the area of land near a residential building on Ostozhenka Street in Moscow, fragments of the human skull and skeleton were found,” the ministry said.
As noted, previously the territory where the remains were found was used for burial.
On this fact is being checked, measures are being taken to identify the victim.
Earlier, one of the private houses in Odessa discovered a cistern buried in the ground, in which there were two human skeletons.
