“The court granted the investigator’s request for a preventive measure in the form of detention,” she said.
It is noted that the official will be in custody until June 9.
According to the prosecution, in 2015, Dzhelilov, using his official powers, donated illegally to his relatives three land plots with a total area of 3 hectares.
It is assumed that the market value of the plots can reach more than 20 million rubles.
Earlier it was reported that Dzhelilovu was charged with embezzlement.
