“First, let them figure it out among themselves, because quite recently I heard a completely different statement from the US senators - about the“ tiredness ”of sanctions, that they do not give the desired result,” the senator stated.

Morozov also noted that Russia itself should judge the success of anti-Russian sanctions.

“From the fact that we are declared sanctions, we will not change the course. We have been living under sanctions for five years, and our economy, especially its individual sectors, has already begun to adapt to them, ”he said.

The parliamentarian also added that the sanctions do not affect the foreign policy of Russia.

"Something with the eyes of the minister, you need to correct the focus, where he saw changes in our foreign policy in connection with the sanctions, I find it difficult to say, rather, these are such political dreams," Morozov concluded.

Earlier, US Treasury Secretary Stephen Mnuchin said that the policy of anti-Russian sanctions has shown its success, so Washington will continue to apply the restrictions on Moscow.
