According to the Chinese emergency services, an earthquake of 5.7 magnitude occurred in Sichuan province, 70 km from Yibin city. Its center was located at a depth of 12 km.
It is noted that more than 300 rescuers were sent to the site of the earthquake. In this case, 378 local residents were evacuated.
The earthquake also destroyed several houses.
