French international Osman Dembli and the ruling video referee Farr have rescued Barcelona from an ambush at Valladolid, with the Catalans leading the Spanish league table with a precious 1-0 win at home to the second phase of the competition.

The first half of the game ended with a goalless draw despite Barcelona's almost complete control of the game, with the ball gaining more than 70%. In the second half, Dimple scored 57 points.

Barca are six points behind Real Sociedad and Atletico Madrid, while Valladolid are at 14 points.

Valladolid almost overturned Barcelona in the second minute of stoppage time for the match with a killer goal, but the referee resorted to the VAR system which proved the infiltration of substitute Kiko.
