The Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Medical Sciences announced that the meetings of the 10th Dubai International Medical Conference, which will be held on December 13 and 14, will discuss musculoskeletal disorders, rheumatism, and orthopedic surgery.
"The conference will be held in conjunction with the ceremony of honoring the winners of the 10th edition of the award, which will be held on December 12 at the Dubai World Trade Center, in the presence of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Finance, Chairman of Dubai Health Authority ».
He added that the first day of the conference was dedicated to specialized medical workshops, while the second day was devoted to scientific lectures that were developed to be of great scientific benefit to all the participants. It will discuss how recent developments in research contributed to improving clinical care for patients.
He noted that there is an opportunity for all researchers, including medical students, interns and residents from the region and abroad, to present their abstracts and will be evaluated, and there will be an award for the best summary.
The conference's scientific committee includes a number of distinguished physicians including the Medical Director and Head of Rheumatology at Dubai Hospital, Dr. Jamal Al Saleh, Orthopedic Consultant at Medeclinic City Dubai Hospital, Dr. Saeed Al Thani, Rheumatology Consultant, Dr. Suad Al-Henawi, Consultant Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Issa Alhamrani.
