As follows from the filing of the file of arbitration cases, the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region registered the claim of the enterprise to Grudinin for the recovery of about 1.1 billion rubles.
The claim was received on October 30, it has not yet been accepted for production. The grounds of claims, however, are not reported.
