This operation, which opens its doors this March 21st, intends to make discover all over the world the products of the French soil, the gastronomy and the service of the big French tables. More than 5,000 chefs took the game and sent their menu ideas to the selection committee to be part of the adventure. With themes of Mediterranean cuisine and responsible cooking: cooks from around the world have been instructed to include a dish "for the planet" in their menu.
The 5th edition of "Goût de France" focuses on responsible cooking.
