“He (Vishnevsky. - RT ) was put on the international wanted list and was arrested in absentia at the request of the investigation. Thanks to the measures taken, his whereabouts were established - Wisniewski was detained in Poland, ”the statement reads.
It is noted that the investigation in Vishnevsky’s actions sees signs of a crime under part 5 of article 291 of the Russian Criminal Code (bribery).
In November, Vishnevsky was put on the international wanted list.
The fire in the shopping center "Winter Cherry" in Kemerovo occurred on March 25th. 60 people died, most of them children.
